Clients are expected to:
Provide all necessary information, access, and materials required to complete agreed services.
Communicate clearly and in a timely manner.
Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure that all content, files, or materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights or laws.
All rates and packages are quoted in [AUD or your local currency].
Payment terms are stated on each invoice and are generally due within 7–14 days of issue.
Work may be paused or discontinued if payment is overdue.
Retainer or pre-paid hours must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be provided upon request.
Upon full payment, ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client.
However, Jodie Carter VA retains ownership of any templates, tools, or methodologies used to create those deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard business hours are Thursday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (AEST).
Communication will take place via email, messaging apps, or project management platforms as agreed.
Response time is typically within 24–48 business hours.
Urgent or after-hours work may incur an additional fee.
Either party may terminate the working relationship with 7 days’ written notice.
Any completed work or time already invested will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
Deposits or pre-paid hours are non-refundable once work has commenced, as outlined in the Refund Policy.
While every effort is made to provide accurate and high-quality work, Jodie Carter VA is not liable for:
Losses or damages resulting from delays, errors, or omissions.
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered materials.
Issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client-provided information.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Your privacy is respected at all times.
Any personal information collected is used solely for communication, billing, and project delivery.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
