A Virtual Assistant (VA) provides professional administrative, organizational, and personal support to businesses and individuals remotely. Tasks can include inbox management, calendar scheduling, travel coordination, data entry, document preparation, and more—freeing you to focus on your core business priorities.
We’ll start with a free discovery call to discuss your goals, priorities, and workflow preferences. From there, we’ll create a tailored plan that suits your business needs. Communication and task management are typically handled via email, shared drives, or your preferred project management tool.
You can delegate a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including: Inbox and Calendar Management, Travel Planning and Itinerary Coordination, Data Entry and Document Formatting, Research and Reporting, Client Communication and Follow-Ups as well as File Organization and CRM Updates. If there’s a specific task you need help with, we can discuss whether it fits within my services.
Client privacy and data security are top priorities. All information shared is kept strictly confidential, and I’m happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure your peace of mind.
My standard hours are Thursday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (AEST). However, I can adjust availability for clients in other time zones upon request. Tasks are typically managed according to agreed turnaround times or project schedules.
Most clients prefer email or messaging through platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp. We can also schedule regular check-ins via Zoom or Google Meet to keep everything running smoothly.
I offer flexible pricing options—hourly rates, retainer packages, or project-based quotes. Invoices are issued weekly or monthly (depending on your plan) and payable via bank transfer or PayPal.
Both! You can hire me for a one-off project or choose an ongoing support package for consistent, reliable assistance. Many clients start with a short-term project and move to a retainer plan once they see the value.
I’m experienced with a wide range of tools, including: *Email & Calendar: Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar *Project Management: Asana, Trello, ClickUp *Documents & Spreadsheets: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office *File Sharing: Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive *Travel Planning: Expedia, TripIt, Skyscanner. Simply fill out the contact form or book a discovery call. We’ll discuss your needs, identify the best service package, and set up your onboarding plan. From there, you’ll receive consistent, reliable support that helps you stay organized and in control.
